Love this sleep aid!!! We actually take our son to a behavioral psychologist due to his expressive speech delay, when I mentioned to the Dr that our son was suddenly waking up too early and getting out of bed, he suggested we use a colored light set to a timer to let our son know it was ok to get up...spent some time online and found the Sleep Buddy, free shipping included thanks to Amazon and the Sleep Buddy folks sent it out the same evening I ordered it and we received it 2 days later!! It's working great, only took a few days for our son to get the hang of it. It's working so well that even though I originally didn't use it at nap (we weren't having any problems with nap)but my son got used to looking for the light and wouldn't come out of his room when he woke up from nap!
