We have had this product for a while now, and it's been great both at night and for naps, but as my daughter (3.5) has gotten older, it's really been a gem for her 'room time'. Every day from 2-3:30 our house has room time (or nap time for the little ones), where the kids have to stay in one place and either sleep, read, or play quietly. For my 3 year old, who cannot tell time, it was hard for her to know when it was over, and she would come down over and over again asking when it was done. When I finally reminded her about her SleepBuddy, she stopped coming downstairs every few minutes, and instead proudly comes down at 3:30 declaring that 'my sleepy buddy is off!' A great sanity saver for me!
